1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal agreement between the zbazz platform ("Platform" or "zbazz") and all users of its services ("User" or "Player"). By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any game or service, you fully accept these terms.

zbazz provides a safe and reliable online gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. Using SSL encryption technology and fair play principles, we keep every player's data and funds secure.

These terms are written in Bengali and must be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. If any provision appears unclear, please contact zbazz directly.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered a policy violation and zbazz reserves the right to close all associated accounts.

2.2 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If any personal details change, the player must promptly notify zbazz support. Funds deposited into an account created on the basis of false information may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

zbazz may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

3 Age Requirements

zbazz services are strictly available to adults aged 21 or older only. If the minimum age requirement is not met at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

If we receive information that a minor is using the platform, we will be obliged to close that account and notify the relevant authorities.

• Minimum age: 21 years (for 21+ only).
• Government-approved identity documents are accepted for age verification.
• All funds deposited in an account belonging to a minor are non-refundable.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at zbazz is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Anonymous or third-party payment methods will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, processing may take longer if identity verification or additional security checks are required.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that deposited funds are your own and come from a legitimate source. If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, zbazz reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

4.4 Transaction Fees

zbazz generally does not charge any transaction fees. However, the bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges, for which that provider is responsible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

zbazz offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus portion only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per household or IP address.
• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by zbazz.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• All promotional offers must be used within the specified validity period.
• zbazz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on zbazz are operated on fair play principles. Any form of cheating, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through random number generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error affects a game result, zbazz reserves the right to void the round and return the bets placed in that round.

6.3 Game Disputes

Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 48 hours. zbazz's technical records will be considered the final evidence.

6.4 Disconnection

If a game is interrupted due to an internet connection issue, the decision will be made based on the data stored on the platform server. zbazz will not be held liable if the connection issue is attributable to the player's internet service provider.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zbazz platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to commit fraud.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Impersonating zbazz staff or providing a false identity.

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be closed immediately, deposited and won funds will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension

8.1 Closure by zbazz

zbazz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Direction from law enforcement agencies.

8.2 Closure by Player

Any player who wishes to close their own account may submit a written request to the support team. Before closing the account, all wagering requirements must be fulfilled and the available balance must be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, zbazz reserves the right to take action in accordance with its relevant policy. The account holder will be notified by email in advance.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information will be used solely to provide services and ensure security.
• Your data will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
• All data transfers are secured through SSL encryption technology.
• Information may be provided to authorities where required by legal obligation.

10 Limitation of Liability

zbazz accepts no liability for the following:

• Gaming disruption caused by issues with the player's own internet connection or device.
• Account credentials being compromised due to the player's own negligence.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical errors.

In the event of any loss, zbazz's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the player in the relevant transaction. zbazz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11 Responsible Gaming

zbazz believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial hardship. Gambling can lead to financial loss — so we encourage all our players to play responsibly.

• Do not bet more than you can afford.
• Do not place additional bets to try to recover lost money.
• Take breaks from time to time and stick to set time limits.
• Use the self-exclusion or deposit limit features if needed.

12 Changes to Terms

zbazz reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Logging into the platform or continuing to use the service after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
